In a mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, splenda, baking powder, and salt. Fold in egg whites, gently as not to deflate the whites. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Set Aside And Keep Warm.
In a medium size bowl, sift together, remaining sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Canola oil has very little flavor, particularly when used in baked goods. 7 egg yolks, slightly beaten.
